FLAX Families,

We as a Board wanted to bring you up to speed on where we are at on this evolving Lacrosse Season. First and foremost, we want you to know that the Board has been actively and constantly monitoring the COIVD-19 situation, and has been in constant communication as to what actions to take. To this point in time those decisions have largely been monitoring recommendations from, local, state and federal partners, and making several alternative play pathways. At this point in time, we are in a holding pattern, waiting for the leagues that we participate in to make their requisite decisions regarding the spring season, many post season tournaments have simply pushed back from June to July at this point in time. While we know you are all anxious to both get out of the house and onto the field, the safety of your son(s) is our highest priority.

Finally many questions have begun to flow in regarding summer league, and the answer to this question is the same as the spring league, play and practice, we are waiting on the progress of this virus, and guidance from our partners to ensure that when we can return it is done with safety as the highest priority, and hopefully that will be this year. So while unfortunately we can not provide any definitive pathway, we are keeping all options on the table to get players back on the field whenever we can safely do so.
